About my job

I currently work full time as a Customer Service Representative at Mark Christopher Auto Center in Ontario, CA.  Mark Christopher sells Chevrolets, Cadillacs, & Hummers.  As a CSR, I go through the warranty & maintenance information with the customer after they purchased their new vehicle.  I also explain all of the vehicle's features and operations to the customer so they are familiar with what they just bought.  As being one of the largest dealers in Southern California, our dealership sells around 500 cars per month.
